Hampton Inn Lebanon

The hotel was clean with large and spotlessly clean rooms and accommodating staff. The rooms with dual queen beds. Lots of well presented food at breakfast time. Location next to Limestone Branch Distillery's, Lebanon, and restaurants. Also, close to event we attended. Useful base for exploring Lebanon.

We thought we reserved 2 bed room instead of 1 bed per room. We are 4 people(2 people each room) and ended up one sleep on the floor.

Not much to do in the area of Loretto

The room was clean and neat, which is always the most important part of a hotel stay.

I'm not a fan of showers with doors, but that's just personal preference.

The room was spacious and super clean, with a comfortable bed, made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was just right for fueling up before a busy day, and the staff were all friendly and cute. The hotel was conveniently located near dining options and the distillery.

Could use some updates in decor.

The bed was comfortable, a big plus after a long day. The check-in process was smooth thanks to the friendly staff, especially becky. The breakfast was okay too, just what we needed.

Had to make an emergency stop due to snow and ice. Place was extremely clean and staff was very helpful.

Rooms felt a bit small for the price.

I enjoyed the visit and was happy to find a modern hotel out there where I had to go. I also think it was thoughtful of them to provide an evening meal since the town had shut down due to the weather.

will definitely go again next time

The queen room was cozy with a tv, microwave, and refrigerator. Free toiletries and a hairdryer were provided too. The breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, and cereals. Loved that the indoor pool was heated and the staff was super friendly.

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The ladies kept it stocked & were very helpful.

Room was not made up after first night - desk clerk acted as if this was no big deal & gave me clean towels. Asked for a receipt at checkout & was told this was impossible since reservation had been made through Booked.net. I called Booking & they sent a request to Hampton asking that one be sent to me - still have not received. Next time in Bardstown area, will stay elsewhere.

The location was great.

Well, it was a really comfortable stay for a wedding in the area.
